Sip and Roll

So I’m painting the hallway/family room/kitchen (I don’t KNOW why I think now is an appropriate time to take on this type of project, I’m just DOING it so stop ASKING!) and I don’t have a lot of extra moments for blogging this week.  But here is what I’ve been having for breakfast.  And it’s easy to drink while you are painting, just in case you have also gone completely gravy train and decided you should have your three children ‘help’ you paint the inside of your house.

 

 

Easy Smoothie

 

2 cups frozen fruit (I just have a bag of mixed fruit – sometimes I throw in some berries, ruhbarb or cherries for fun)

1 Tbsp flax meal

3 Tbsp sprouts (I’ve been using alfalfa – see my twitter comment to the right)

1/2 banana (I stick mine in the freezer – whole – when they get black and pull them out just for this. and banana bread.)

Liquid of your choice in amount of your choice (I’ve been using about a cup of almond milk)

 

Puree and put in a lidded cup with a straw through it – you’ll be super bummed if you drip paint in it.  Not that I would know.
